Our story
It startedwith a stage
Choreographer Rajesh Cochin founded DK Dance World in 2006 with a simple idea: bring the discipline of classical training together with the energy of cinema and the street.
Two decades later, thousands of students have trained with us. Our dancers have performed on television, at national competitions and on arena stages — and many alumni now teach and perform themselves.
“Something different” has always been the point.

Building the stage
Rajesh Cochin founds DK Dance World in Kuwait. The first batches rehearse in classrooms and perform in costumes made for the night.

Dazzling 2016 · 10th anniversary
Ten years · Dazzling 2016
The 10th-anniversary showcase fills the stage with classical, contemporary, aerial and hip-hop acts.
2018
12th anniversary
Twelve years
The 12th anniversary brings a new stage production and a public show launch with partners across Kuwait.

FEFKA & film
Affiliation with the Film Employees Federation of Kerala, and choreography for film stars including Unni Mukundan.
